Casting: La Beouf, Gunn, Vogel, Reynolds

Nymphomaniac
Shia LaBeouf is joining Danish director Lars von Trier's ambitious erotic drama "Nymphomaniac" which begins filming in September.

The story follows the erotic adventures of a woman (Charlotte Gainsbourg) from her youth to age 50, as recounted to her husband (Stellan Skarsgard). It's unsure how big LaBeouf's part will be. [Source: THR]

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
Bruno Gunn ("Bad Teacher," "Sons of Anarchy") has been cast in the role of Brutus, a former Career victor from District 2, in "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire".

The much anticipated film adaptation of the second novel in Suzanne Collins’ worldwide smash hit series will open November 22nd 2013.

Jake Squared
Mike Vogel ("The Help," "Cloverfield") has joined the cast of "Jake Squared" alongside Virginia Madsen and Elias Kotek.

Howard Goldberg's surreal comedy follows a filmmaker who makes a movie to figure out how he's screwed up every relationship he's ever had. [Source: Variety]

Queen of the Night
Ryan Reynolds has joined Atom Egoyan's upcoming kidnap thriller "Queen of the Night" at Ego Film Arts and The Film Farm.

Reynolds will play the father of an abducted child. Shooting kicks off in southern Ontario, Canada in February. [Source: THR]
