A new trailer for the upcoming 23rd James Bond film "Skyfall" was showcased this evening at an IMAX Remix event tonight at the San Diego Comic Con.
Said trailer will not go online according to the company, rather it's expected to screen only in front of IMAX copies of "The Dark Knight Rises" from next week.
Said trailer features the new Q (Ben Whishaw) meeting with Bond for the first time, scenes of the fighting on top of a train, brief glimpses of Naomie Harris' character, and heaps of action.
There's also some brief plot details - there's a flash drive containing the names of British Intelligence Agents that M (Judi Dench) was responsible for has gone stolen. No doubt a bootleg copy of the trailer will go online sometime next weekend.
Meanwhile actor Karl Urban was out last night in San Diego promoting "Dredd" and was asked what he could mention about J.J. Abrams' upcoming "Star Trek" sequel to which he responded that some secret footage from the film will hit Youtube soon.
One thing though, Urban never specified a trailer, leading many to believe it may just be some viral clip.
