Jason Bateman (TV's "Arrested Development") is set to star alongside Zach Braff and Amanda Peet in the upcoming Weinstein Co. comedy "Fast Track" reports Production Weekly.
Written by David Guion and Michael Handelman, the story centers on an underachiever who is forced to take a job he doesn't want - working for his father-in-law - after his wife becomes pregnant and quits her high-paying job. Bateman plays the young husband's mentor is trying to sabotage him.
Jesse Peretz will direct the film, which will begin principal photography on July 11 in New York.
