No sadly they're not making a "Grand Theft Auto" movie just yet.
Brad Peyton ("Journey 2: The Mysterious Island," "Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore") has begun negotiations to direct the $100 million disaster movie "San Andreas 3D" says Heat Vision.
Specifics are being kept quiet for now, though the overall story will do with a massive earthquake hitting California.
Andre Fabrizio, Jeremy Passmore and Allan Loeb penned the script while Beau Flynn and Tripp Vinson are producing. Peyton remains attached to the film adaptation of the DC Comics character "Lobo".
