Supermodel Abbey Lee Kershaw has signed to make her acting debut in George Miller's "Mad Max: Fury Road" reports The Daily Telegraph.
The paper's inside source says "Obviously it's set in a post-apocalyptic world, and women, especially beautiful women, are scarce, so men have been locking them up in cages. Abbey is one of them. She's perfect."
It's rumoured she's taking over the role previously taken by actress Teresa Palmer who dropped out due to the ongoing delays. However neither Kershaw's management nor Kennedy-Miller responded to calls from the paper.
The $130+ million project is scheduled to start filming in Namibia this month, following years of delays and setbacks. At last report Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron will star in the lead roles.
