Jackson Has A Black Snake Fetish

It looks like Samuel L. Jackson has a thing for long black snakes (don't we all). When he's finished with "Flight 121", a film about what happens when a crateful of snakes gets loose on a passenger liner, he and Christina Ricci will headline the next film from Director Craig Brewer, "Black Snake Moan" reports Blackfilm.

The plot involves a white nymphomaniac who must be "cured" of her disorder by an older black bluesman. "Black Snake Moan" will be produced by John Singleton and Stephanie Allain. Allain says "We're going to Memphis this summer to shoot it... It's just amazing. Where "Hustle and Flow" was really about the notion of having the courage to create, Black Snake Moan is about having the courage to reach out and connect to somebody, so I think it will find its audience."

Brewer's first film, Hustle and Flow, which stars Terrence Dashon Howard and Anthony Anderson will be released this summer on August 15th through Paramount Classics. The film was well received at this year's Sundance Film Festival and has been generating positive reviews from those who have seen the film.

Thanks to 'Wilson'.
