That talk from nearly a year ago looks to be panning out. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Danny De Vito and Ivan Reitman are considering a sequel to the 1988 comedy "Twins".
The twist? Eddie Murphy would act as a third brother and the film will be called "Triplets" says The Hollywood Reporter.
Universal and Montecito Picture Co. are developing the project with Schwarzenegger and DeVito reprising their roles of Julius and Vincent, the product of an experiment to create a perfect human being. In this outing the pair discover they have third sibling.
No director is yet attached, Reitman will only produce along with Joe Medjuk, Tom Pollock and Ali Bell. This marks the second 80's comedy Universal is working on a follow-up to, the other being the "Midnight Run" sequel which Brett Ratner will direct.
