Focus Features 2005 Promo Reel

Focus Features has had a great reputation in recent years with such acclaimed dramas as "Far from Heaven", "The Motorcycle Diaries", "The Pianist", "Lost in Translation" and "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind".

This year they have several much anticipated titles along the way and the first footage (about 10 seconds each) from many of these films has gone up in a special promo reel online. Amongst their flicks:

  • A new adaptation of Jane Austen "Pride and Prejudice" starring Keira Knightley
  • From the director of "City of God" comes Ralph Fiennes and Rachel Weisz together in an adaptation of John Le Carre's thriller "The Constant Garderner"
  • The Harold Ramis directed black comedy "The Ice Harvest" starring John Cusack & Billy Bob Thornton
  • Ang Lee's gay cowboy love story "Brokeback Mountain" with Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal
