The Fall Season presentations for all the television networks new shows take place this week with the fourth announced today. Here's a full breakdown of which concepts have made the final list over on CBS.
Despite some more intense competition last season, the Eye still remained the top choice of viewers across America and in fact this past season won the biggest number of viewers by the widest margin of any network in 16 years despite none of its new shows taking off last year short of small hit "Numb3rs". With its strong Bruckheimer franchises ("CSI", "Without a Trace", "Cold Case") and "Survivor" all running as good as ever, the network didn't have to change much around this year, rather just fill in one or two holes such as the departure of long-runners "Everybody Loves Raymond" and "JAG".
Its also trimmed the fat a little with the likes of "60 Minutes Wednesday", "Joan of Arcadia" and "Judging Amy" all canned. The channel will introduce six new prime time series in the Fall and two mid-season shows:

CLOSE TO HOME
A legal drama that tears away the facade of suburbia to reveal that sometimes quiet and tranquil streets can hide the darkest of crimes. Annabeth Chase is a young, aggressive prosecutor with a perfect conviction record who tries the cases that take place in her own backyard. Returning to work after having her first child, Annabeth is ready to take on the most difficult cases, fueled by her passion to protect her community and her family. Kimberly Elise, Jennifer Finnigan, Christian Kane, John Carroll Lynch and David Starzyk star.
CRIMINAL MINDS
A suspense thriller about an elite squad of FBI profilers who analyze the country's most twisted criminal minds, anticipating their next move before they strike again. Each member of the team brings their own area of expertise to the table as they pinpoint predators' motivations and identify their emotional triggers in order to stop them. Thomas Gibson, Shemar Mooore, Mandy Patinkin, Chelah Horsdal & Matthew Gubler star.
GHOST WHISPERER
From the creators of "Profiler" and "The Dead Will Tell". Melinda Gordon is a young newlywed with the unique ability to communicate with the earthbound spirits of people who have died and who seek her help. Melinda uses her gift to relay significant messages and important information to the living, but sometimes the messages she receives are intense and confusing. As a result, she is often met with questions and skepticism by the survivors. But when Melinda is able to help both the lost souls who contact her and those who are still alive, she knows that her unique talent is an asset and not a liability. Jennifer Love Hewitt, Aisha Tyler and David Conrad star.
THRESHOLD
From producers David Heyman ("Harry Potter") and David Goyer ("Blade"). A suspenseful drama about a team of experts who are assembled when the U.S. Navy makes a chilling discovery: an extra terrestrial craft has landed in the mid-Atlantic Ocean. Dr. Molly Anne Caffrey is a government contingency analyst whose job is to devise response plans for worst-case scenarios. When her plan called THRESHOLD is activated upon the news of the UFO, she and her hand-picked team of eclectic specialists get to work deciphering the intention of the craft and preparing for the possibility of a crisis situation -- an alien invasion. Robert Patrick Benedict, Charles S. Dutton, Carla Gugino & Brent Spiner star.
THE UNIT (mid-season) "The Shield" collaborators David Mamet and Shawn Ryan produce this action drama that follows a covert team of special forces operatives as they risk their lives on undercover missions around the globe, while their families maintain the homefront, protecting their husbands' secrets. Dennis Haysbert, Robert Patrick, Scott Foley, Regina King, Amy Acker, Michael Irby, Max Martini, Regina Taylor and Sammi Hanratty star.

At that moment, Ted realizes that he had better get a move on if he hopes to find true love, too. Helping him in his quest is Barney, a friend with endless, sometimes outrageous, opinions, a penchant for suits and a fool-proof way to meet women. When Ted meets Robin, he's sure it's love at first sight, but destiny may have something else in store. With voice-over by Bob Saget, the show is told through flashbacks from the future. Josh Radnor, Jason Segel, Alyson Hannigan, Neil Patrick Harris and Cobie Smulders star.
OUT OF PRACTICE
A comedy about a family of physicians who share the same profession but have little else in common. But despite their lofty credentials, Ben might be the best prescription for this family's future. Chris Gorham, Stockard Channing, Paula Marshall & Henry Winkler star.
