Brit outfit Moviehouse Entertainment has been appointed to handle international sales for "Who Killed Norma Barnes," a contempo reworking of Dostoevsky's novel "The Idiot." The $6 million pic, set to shoot this fall in Brighton, England, will star Ralph Fiennes, Emily Mortimer, Emily Blunt and Ciaran Hinds.
