A number of the filmmakers behind last year's sleeper hit "Napoleon Dynamite" are reteaming on "The Sasquatch Dumpling Gang," to be produced by Trigger Street Prods. and Crazy Dreams Prods says Reuters.
Tim Skousen, who served as first assistant director on "Dynamite," has written and will direct "Dumpling Gang," a comedy about several groups who converge as they search for the legendary apelike creature. "Napoleon" creator Jared Hess will executive produce.
Producers plan to lens pic in Oregon later this month. Producer Jeremy Coon and DP Munn Powell from "Napoleon" will also both be involved.
