Sandler & More Check Into "Hotel Transylvania"

Adam Sandler has signed on to voice the lead role of Count Dracula in the 3D animated family comedy "Hotel Transylvania" for Sony Pictures Animation says The Hollywood Reporter.

The story follows a group of classic monsters including Frankenstein, the Mummy, Dracula and the Werewolf who are hiding out in a hotel on the outskirts of Transylvania now that 21st century technology has seemingly made them irrelevant.

Kevin James and Andy Samberg have also joined the cast, their roles haven't been specified as yet.

"Samurai Jack" creator Genndy Tartakovsky will direct the film while Michelle Murdocca ("Open Season") will produce.
