Fox has signed director Tim Hill ("Max Keeble's Big Move", "Muppets in Space") to helm its sequel to family comedy "Garfield: The Movie." Hill was a writer on Nick Films' "SpongeBob SquarePants Movie"; he and Tim Rubiner sold "Game Over," an animated comedy pitch, to Warner Bros. Hill also amassed numerous writing, directing and producing credits for Nickelodeon.
