Hottie Biel Keeping Busy

During an interview to promote their upcoming "Amityville Horror" remake, Producers Brad Fuller and Andrew Form told Bloody Disgusting that Texas Chainsaw Massacre star Jessica Biel could have a major role in Platinum Dunes' remake of "The Hitcher".

The original 1986 movie followed a young man (C. Thomas Howell) transporting a car to another state who is stalked by a cunning and relentless serial killer (Rutger Hauer) who eventually frames the driver for a string of murders. Chased by police and shadowed by the killer, the driver's only help comes from a truck stop waitress (Jennifer Jason Leigh).

Sadly the duo also explained it's a long ways away from happening, so anything could change in the coming months.

The pair also confirmed that their planned "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" prequel will be set three years before the 2003 remake that starred Biel. "It is an origin movie, and we are going to tell the story on why he became Leatherface...R. Lee Ermey is in it a lot. He has some really fun stuff in this movie." Much of the first fifteen minutes of the script by David Schow ("The Crow") revolves around Leatherface.
