Zeta-Jones Is Not Coming Out

By Garth Franklin Sunday March 13th 2005 07:09PM

One of Catherine Zeta-Jones' pet projects looks to have been put on the backburner reports Monsters & Critics. The actress was set to star and co-produce Welsh rugby comedy "Coming Out" which she helped develop.

Although the actress has been working on the project for several years, it seems the exchange rate between the dollar and the UK pound has now put the whole project in jeopardy, with the filming due to star this month pruned to 42 days and fellow star Alan Cumming telling reporters he thought the film was in limbo.

Cumming will play a gay cabaret performer who has to lead the rugby team to victory after his father, coach of the club, dies. Joel Zwick is directing and Zeta-Jones' brother, David A. Jones, is also co-producing.
