"Hunger" director Steve McQueen and lead actor Michael Fassbender are set to re-team for McQueen's second directorial effort "Shame" for HanWay Films, See-Saw Films and Film4 reports Variety.
Fassbender will play Brandon, a 30-something man living in New York, who is unable to manage his sex life. McQueen and Abi Morgan's script will "examine the nature of need" in a "deeply honest and provocative" way.
Iain Canning will produce and shooting will kick off in January.
