Rambo, Pirates, X3 Updates

Sylvester Stallone tells TV Guide that "I hope to start shooting the next Rambo in September... but definitely the movie career has changed. And I thought, "Let me get past the prejudice of TV." Lately, some of the writing of TV is not the TV of the '70s or '80s.... It has grown up. It is Desperate Housewives, Rescue Me and Nip/Tuck. This is what films used to do in the '80s. TV is now cutting-edge."

A gallery of apparently secretly-taken shots of the "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" crew during a dress rehearsal for possibly the wedding scene of Elizabeth Swann and Will Turner has gone online.

IGN FilmForce has learned that the shortlist of directors to succeed Bryan Singer as director of "X-Men 3" has been narrowed to five or six names. One of those names, according to a trusty source, is Zack Snyder ("Dawn of the Dead"). 20th Century Fox is expected to make a final decision shortly.
