Adam Hamdy will pen the adaptation and produce a film version of his own 2007 British comic "The Hunter" for Scarlet Fire Entertainment says the trades.
The contemporary superhero comic is set against the backdrop of organized crime. The first four issues focused on a CIA agent with extraordinary powers and the start of his investigation into four major terror attacks on America.
Hamdy will create an original Hunter story for the film version. Steven Pearl and Allan Loeb will produce.
