I love Maddie but I have to admit that more than a few people (including me) want to take a gun to Madonna's head for the travesty that was 2002's "Swept Away", now it seems her husband is doing just that.
Displaying the biggest set of balls since a bare-assed Colin Farrell lifted his leg in that scene in "Alexander", British Director Guy Ritchie has cast his wife in his next gangster film "Revolver". According to Digital Spy though, the part is merely a small 'walk on role' that has in fact already been shot.
Insiders for the Brit tabloids have said "Guy's very respected and is doing his best to make Revolver as controversy free as possible, But the missus really wanted a walk-on part - and who is he to say no? Madonna came to spend a week with her husband while he was over here and she seemed to enjoy it...she was getting really into it so it's clear she's taking it seriously. But it's obviously not a major role as she wasn't on the island very long".
Filming is currently taking place on the Isle of Man, and Ray Liotta headlines the feature due out sometime late 2005.
