Andrew Fleming ("Nancy Drew," "Hamlet 2") is set to direct the romantic comedy "Permission" for CBS Films reports Variety.
The story revolves around a married couple in their 30s who give one another permission to sleep with someone else while on separate vacations.
Karen McCullah Lutz ("Legally Blonde") are penning the script while Seth Jaret and Lutz will produce.
