Will Ferrell will star in the independent film "Everything Must Go" says Variety.
Based on a Raymond Carver short story, Ferrell plays a man who loses his job and gets locked out of the house by his wife. She deposits his belongings on the front lawn, and he spends the next four days trying to sell his possessions.
Dan Rush adapted the script and makes his directorial debut on the project which begins filming in March.
