Speaking at the British Independent Film Awards, Director Shane Meadows ("Dead Man's Shoes") told UK Teletext about his next project: "We just confirmed the new one. It's called Monkey Trap and sits between Ken Loach's Riff Raff and 1970s horror The Wicker Man". The story follows a group of builders get offered a job by some travelling gypsies to exhume a graveyard and it all goes awry. "Dead Man's Shoes" star Paddy Considine will play the lead in this film - "Me and Paddy are writing it at the moment and shooting around March. It should be out early 2006. Paddy will definitely star and so far the only other actor is Harry Benson." Thanks to 'Ette'.
