Cameron Diaz has been offered and is apparently in early talks for the female lead role in "The Green Hornet" for Sony Pictures says Entertainment Weekly.
Michel Gondry is set to direct the film based on a script by actor/comedian Seth Rogen and his writing partner Evan Goldberg.
Rogen would play the titular masked hero, based on the character made famous through the 60's TV series, 40's short film serials and 30's radio serials.
