Scout Taylor-Compton (2007's "Halloween") has been cast in "The Runaways" alongside Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning says Variety.
The project is based on the true story of the all-girl punk band in the 1970s with Compton playing Lita Ford.
Floria Sigismondi penned and directs the project which is currently shooting in Los Angeles.
