It's not just "Serenity", today's The Hollywood Reporter indicates that Universal Pictures has reshuffled much of its schedule for film releases, various titles shifting by several months.

"The Interpreter," the Sydney Pollack-directed thriller starring Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn, has changed from February 18th to April 22nd.

Joss Whedon's sci-fi western "Serenity," which had originally been set for April 22nd, is moving to September 30th.

"Jarhead," Sam Mendes' war drama starring Jamie Foxx and Jake Gyllenhaal, has been pushed back from September 30th to November 11th.

The studio has also finally set dates for the thriller "The Skeleton Key" on July 8 and the comedy "The 40-Year Old Virgin" on November 23.
