Stone Cold: The Boston Globe reports CBS is going to be adapting the Robert B. Parker novel into a TV movie. Tom Selleck stars as Jesse Stone, an alcoholic ex-LAPD homicide detective who became police chief in the small Massachusetts town of Paradise and now has to take down a pair of thrill-killers who have targeted him next. Mimi Rogers and Viola Davis will also star in it.
