Samuel L. Jackson is teaming with filmmaker Brian Goodman on the firefighters-drama "The Fallen" reports MTV News.
Goodman says that he's currently deciding what to do with the finished script "We are looking at that and we both would like to work together and we'll see what happens."
The main thrust of the story involves a South Boston fireman who gets hooked on painkillers after suffering injuries saving a woman from a fire.
Jackson says "The script is good and Brian's a good guy. Hopefully, that film will come together and I'll be able to do it."
Goodman's first film, "What Doesn't Kill You", is receiving excellent early reviews and is what drew Jackson to Goodman's next project - "It's awesome...Sometimes people get those kind of reviews. I don't get them that often."
