Ok so that may be the most groan-worthy article title I've done since "Alexander, Like Colin, Remains Uncut" but hey - I'm not in a creative mood lol.
Empire reports that the cute as hell "Alias" and "13 Going on 30" star is in talks to headline the romantic comedy "Catch and Release" for Columbia Pictures. Garner will play a woman facing the sudden death of her husband and the secrets he kept from her.
Susannah Grant, best known for scripting "Erin Brockovich" and "28 Days", will make her feature film directorial debut on the project. Her next script assignment is the upcoming adaptation of "Charlotte's Web". Garner will next be seen in January when both the fourth season of "Alias" begins airing on ABC and her "Daredevil" spin-off movie "Elektra" is released.
