Natalie Portman's Handsome Charlie Films is rumoured to be producing the remake of Dario Argento's 1977 Italian horror film classic "Suspiria" reports Bloody Disgusting.
Rumor is that Portman will topline the film which David Gordon Green ("Pineapple Express," "Superbad") has already been attached to direct.
The widely acclaimed original, often considered Argento's finest film and one of the horror genre's landmark efforts, followed a young American dancer who travels to Europe to join a famous ballet school.
Upon settling in she hears strange noises and is troubled by bizarre occurrences and several hideous deaths. She eventually discovers that the school is merely a front for a much more sinister organization.
