Chungeorahm and Stone Man Films will co-produce a Chinese sequel to the Korean hit "The Host" reports Variety.
The $12 million production will concern a calamity caused when people ignore a monster due to their desire for money. China, Korea and Hong Kong all contributed to the film's budget.
Ning Hao ("Crazy Stone") directs with shooting expected to start early next year for a release at the end of 2009.
