The Da Vinci Code: One of the more wilder rumours of late - Due to the high fee asked by the Louvre museum for the shooting of the Da Vinci Code, production may decide to change the story and shift the early action from Paris to Rome.
The High Rollers: MGM has picked up the comedy spec script "The High Rollers" from writer Billiam Coronel for Chip Diggins to produce, reports Variety. The comedy revolves around the adventures of two guys visiting Las Vegas who are mistaken for high rollers
The Hobbit: Since Time Warner didn't succeed in acquiring MGM (which was sold to Sony), New Line, which is part of Turner's empire has hit a bit of a snag. MGM held the rights to The Hobbit, and now those rights went to Sony. The likelihood of a LOTR prequel is now less likely.
The Lady from Shanghai: Nicole Kidman is being rumoured to star in this new film from Wong Kar Wai which takes place in 1930.
