News Shorts: September 17th 2012

Six new stills from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, amongst which is a first look at former “Doctor Who” star Sylvester McCoy as the wizard Radagast the Brown. The next trailer, which runs 2mins 25sec, is scheduled to debut online this coming Wednesday in celebration of Tolkien Week.

New stills include the first shot of Rosamund Pike in Jack Reacher, the first shot of Kenneth Branagh in Jack Ryan, and a bunch of photos from Steven Spielberg’s Lincoln.

Set photos of a Jennifer Lawrence, a blond Josh Hutcherson, and a shirtless Sam Claflin prepping for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire; Simon Pegg filming Edgar Wright’s The World’s End; Bradley Cooper filming The Hangover Part III, and Jeremy Renner shooting James Gray’s The Nightingale.

New posters for Wreck-It Ralph, Cloud Atlas, End of Watch, Mama, Atlas Shrugged: Part II, the Halloween re-release, the five-film marathon The Complete Twilight Saga, and a new UK one-sheet for Skyfall.
