Tom Spilsbury, editor of Doctor Who magazine, tweets that the US and UK versions of the upcoming “Torchwood: Miracle Day” will have different edits. Certain scenes in the US version will be cut from the UK one for ‘censorship’, while scenes that didn’t make the US cut due to timing issues will be inserted back into the UK cut.
