“Paul Verhoeven (“Basic Instinct,” “Showgirls,” “Starship Troopers”) is apparently at work on a film adaptation of a mystery/adventure game but wouldn’t reveal the title. Some sleuthing however has indicated it would likely be Jordan Mechner’s “The Last Express” which is set in 1914 aboard the final pre-WWI crossing from Paris to Constantinople of the Orient Express…” (full details)
