Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Appearing on the red carpet in the UK for his romantic comedy “Man Up” actor Simon Pegg was asked by The Sun about the possibility of him having shot a cameo in his friend J.J. Abrams’ “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”. His response sounds like a joke, but has already got people talking: “I wasn’t a stormtrooper. Daniel Craig, he was a stormtrooper… I shouldn’t have said that.”

Pegg then a few hours later clarified the comment: “”Why is everyone leaping on this? It was a rumour last summer, wasn’t it? I read it in the paper. It may be untrue, like most of the other rumours, like Cumberbatch and Cruise being in it.” [Source: The Washington Post]

The Expendables 4
Sylvester Stallone has confirmed that despite rumors to the contrary, there was no plans to cast boxer Manny Pacquiao in the upcoming fourth film in “The Expendables” film series.

He tweeted recently: “Pacquiao was never going to be in it. He’s a great fighter, but we’ve got to stick to broken down actors.” It’s presently unknown who will direct the project or when production will begin. [Source: TMZ]
