I Saw the Light
Sony Pictures Classic has released a first look photo of Tom Hiddleston as Hank Williams in “I Saw the Light,” the upcoming biopic about the legendary country western singer. The film scored a limited release on November 27th ahead of nationwide expansion in December. [Source: SPC]

Bridge of Spies
Steven Spielberg’s Cold War thriller “Bridge of Spies,” starring Tom Hanks and Mark Rylance thriller, has been announced as having its world premiere at the 53rd annual New York Film Festival.

It joins Robert Zemeckis’ opening night entry “The Walk,” the Don Cheadle-led “Miles Ahead” closing night film, and Danny Boyle’s “Steve Jobs” as a Centerpiece screening. The festival runs from September 25th to October 11th. [Source: Deadline]

Katherine Heigl and Rosario Dawson are set to star in Denise Di Novi’s thriller “Unforgettable” at Warner Bros. Pictures. Christina Hodson is writing the script, which centers on a man whose new spouse is menaced by his ex-wife. Di Novi and Alison Greenspan are producing. [Source: Variety

The Garden
Polymorphic Pictures is set to produce a film adaptation of E.B. Rhee’s “The Garden,” a sci-fi re-imagining of Milton’s “Paradise Lost” which has begun life as a $30,000 proof-of-concept short film which Rhee directed.

The story follows a group of explorers who set out into deep space in search of a new home for humanity after they learn that the sun is dying. Polly Johnsen is producing the film and you can check out the original short below. [Source: Deadline]
