New “X-Men,” “Spider-Man” Set Photos

New X Men Spider Man Set Photos

We’re still a good six months away from the release of Simon Kinberg’s “X-Men: Dark Phoenix,” with that project currently undergoing some additional filming.

Today a new photo has emerged from those reshoots, the new shot showcasing Professor X (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) playing chess, something they’ve come to do a lot in this franchise. No word on a trailer release as yet either, but the film itself is scheduled for release in February.

“X-Men” isn’t the only Marvel film shooting at the moment with “Spider-Man: Far From Home” also being worked on in Prague. The new film sees Tom Holland’s Peter Parker on the hunt for Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) and a new photo that has gone online indicates Spidey will get a ‘stealth suit’ of some kind in this outing.

The sequel will keep shooting in the Czech Republic until the end of this week, and then move States-side until the end of filming in December. “Spider-Man: Far From Home” is slated to hit cinemas July 5th 2019.
