Chris Pine has spoken some more about the upcoming “Wonder Woman” movie currently in production. Whereas last week he discussed his character and the film’s World War I period setting, this time he talked to E! Online about his co-star Gal Gadot and her take on the iconic superheroine:
“Gal Gadot is beautiful, so talented, strong and the story is really one I think that needs to be out there. The simple fact of the matter is it’s about a woman who’s so strong with such physical ability that she could kick such ass but really at the end of the day leads with an incredible amount of compassion and love and hope for humanity and I think we need a lot of that right now.”
Pine was also asked about the chances of original 1970s TV Wonder Woman, actress Lynda Carter, making a cameo. He responded: “If I could tell you that I wouldn’t, but I can’t.” There’a also new set photos from the film below which sees Gadot’s Diana Prince obtaining her sword and shield from Chris Pine’s character.
