New Trailers: Star, Only The Brave, Wonder Wheel

Sony Pictures Animation have premiered the first trailer for “The Star,” the upcoming animated retelling of the Nativity – but from an animal’s perspective. The film opens November 17th.

The story follows a small but brave donkey (Steven Yeun) who teams with a loveable sheep (Aidy Bryant), a dove (Keegan-Michael Key) with lofty aspirations and three wisecracking camels (Oprah Winfrey, Tracy Morgan and Tyler Perry) as the group become unlikely heroes in the first Christmas.”

Sony Pictures has released the third and final trailer for Joseph Kosinski’s ensemble drama “Only the Brave” which opens October 20th. Josh Brolin, Miles Teller, Taylor Kitsch, Jeff Bridges, James Badge Dale and Jennifer Connelly star.

The film follows the true story of the group of firefighters called the Granite Mountain Hotshots who battled a blazing brush fire that cost most of them their lives.

Finally, Amazon Studios has premiered the trailer for Woody Allen’s new film “Wonder Wheel” set in the 1950s around New York’s Coney Island. The film opens in cinemas on December 1st.

Kate Winslet plays an emotionally volatile former actress now working as a waitress in a clam house. Jim Belushi plays her rough-hewn carousel operator husband, Juno Temple her estranged daughter, and Justin Timberlake plays a handsome young lifeguard.
