Following on from the cryptic and infomercial-style teaser, a more conventional yet still impressive trailer has come out for Ben Wheatley’s upcoming film adaptation of J.G. Ballard’s darkly satirical tale “High-Rise”. The film will open in the UK on March 18th with an unspecified release to U.S. cinemas later in 2016.
Set to a sample from Tangerine Dream’s score from the 1983 classic “Risky Business,” the new clip shows us better looks at Tom Hiddleston, Sienna Miller, Jeremy Irons, and Luke Evans’ characters in the film which centers on a new residential tower built on the eve of Thatcher’s rise to power and designed as a luxurious solution to the problems of the city, it is a world apart.
