“I Love You, Man” director John Hamburg has teamed up with producers Ben Stiller and Jonah Hill for what looks like a fairly familiar looking comedy which banks on two clashing personalities – James Franco and Bryan Cranston.
Cranston plays a straight-laced, overprotective but loving dad who visits his daughter and meets her new boyfriend – a well-meaning but foul-mouthed and socially awkward Silicon Valley billionaire. It’s a rivalry for his daughter’s affection, albeit completely one-sided.
Zoey Deutch and Megan Mullally also star in the comedy which has just released a red-band trailer, check it out below. The film opens in December.
