“Afterschool” director Antonio Campos is set to follow-up the sinister thriller “Simon Killer” with his third feature “Christine” which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. The brutal, intimate character study stars Rebecca Hall as Christine Chubbuck, a reporter who committed suicide on the air in 1974.
Michael C. Hall and Tracy Letts also star in the indie drama which The Orchard will open in cinemas next month. The project is not to be confused with Robert Greene’s rival Christine Chubbuck documentary feature titled “Kate Plays Christine”. Check out the freshly released trailer below.
