MGM used the NBA finals to premiere a one-minute TV spot for “Spectre,” the upcoming James Bond film which marks Daniel Craig’s fourth outing as James Bond. So far we’ve only had the beautifully moody teaser from back in late April which had barely any action.
The first thirty seconds of the new promo, which aired during tonight’s NBA finals, is simply a cut down version of that teaser. The last 30 seconds though is all new footage of the sequences shot around Rome, Austria and Mexico City along with plenty of glimpses of the characters including some dialogue from a scene between Bond and Monica Bellucci’s character.
It’s likely this 30 seconds is a cutdown version of a yet to be released second trailer in which case that will hopefully debut online very soon. Sony has yet to release this spot in HD.
