Netflix’s “Daredevil” Series Wraps Production

Netflix has issued a statement confirming they have officially wrapped filming on all thirteen episodes of its TV series adaptation of Marvel Comics’ “Daredevil”.

Showrunner and executive producer Steven S. DeKnight thanked his cast and crew on social media over the weekend, and also confirmed to EW that you will see Matt Murdock in his traditional red suit (rather than just the black training suit) before the series wraps.

Marvel’s Jeph Loeb adds: “There aren’t going to be people flying through the sky; there are no magic hammers. We’ve always approached this as a crime drama first, superhero show second.”

“Daredevil” is the first of four Netflix series being made by Marvel, that will then culminate in the epic miniseries “The Defenders”.
