Following its premiere on BBC Two the other week, the four-part Carey Mulligan-led detective procedural miniseries “Collateral” is coming to streaming giant Netflix who will release it around much of the rest of the world in full on March 9th. Today they’ve released their own trailer for it.
Set over the course of just four days, Mulligan plays DI Kip Glaspie whose investigations into the murder of a pizza delivery driver kicks off the exposure of a far-reaching conspiracy which includes a politician (John Simm) and a compassionate vicar (Nicola Walker).
Billie Piper, Hayley Squires, Saskia Reeves, Ben Miles, Jeany Spark and Nathaniel Martello-White co-star in the series which was penned by David Hare (“The Reader”) and directed by S.J. Clarkson (“Jessica Jones”) and follows in the wake of other UK series jumping to the streamer internationally including “Broadchurch” and “The Fall”.
