Neeson Set For “Disappearance” Remake

Liam Neeson is set to star in the Hans Petter Molland-directed remake of the hit 2014 Norwegian action thriller “In Order Of Disappearance” at Studiocanal.

Neeson will take on the role Stellan Skarsgard played in the original – a mild-mannered snowplow driver who, following the murder of his son, turns him into a bloody vengeance seeker against the criminals responsible. As bodies pile up, the killers suspect a rival gang.

The U.S. remake is shifting the location to an Aspen-style resort. Frank Baldwin is writing the script while Michael Shamberg, Finn Gjerdum and Stein Kvae will produce..
