Millar’s “Jupiter’s Legacy” Gets Adapted

“Kingsman: The Secret Service” and “Kick Ass” creator Mark Millar is teaming with producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura on a film adaptation of his superhero comic “Jupiter’s Legacy”.

Frank Quitely co-created the work which offers a multigenerational look at the offspring of superheroes who haven’t lived up to the standards of their parents. Said parents first got their powers in the 1920s after the discovery of a mysterious island.

Meetings are reportedly underway with writers to adapt the material which is considered one of the author’s best works, and one he’s been reluctant to see adapted until now.
