Mike Myers is in negotiations for a role in Bryan Singer’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” about the prime years of seminal British rock band Queen and its frontman Freddie Mercury (Rami Malek)
GK Films, Tribeca and Queen Films are producing the picture which boasts a shooting script by Justin Haythe. It’s unclear exactly who Myers will play.
The film also stars Gwilym Lee as Brian May, Ben Hardy as Roger Taylor and Joe Mazzello as John Deacon. Myers can currently be seen in character as Tommy Maitland, the host of ABC’s renovated “The Gong Show”.
