Michael Moore’s Next Goes Online

Michael Moore will release his new film online and for free reports the Associated Press.

The 97-minute feature “Slacker Uprising,” follows Moore’s 62-city tour during the 2004 election to rally young voters to elect John Kerry president.

It will be available for three weeks as a free download to North American residents, beginning September 23rd. The $2 million project will then hit DVD on October 7th.

Moore also is working on a sequel to “Fahrenheit 9/11” which Overture Films will distribute domestically in 2009.
