They stole the show in “Bridesmaids” and “Super 8” respectively, now Melissa McCarthy and younger Ryan Lee have joined the cast of Judd Apatow’s untitled comedy at Universal Pictures says The Hollywood Reporter.
Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann reprise their characters from “Knocked Up” in a new story which Apatow penned and will direct. Lee (the one with the braces in “Super 8”) will play the son of McCarthy, a mom at the school that Rudd and Mann’s children attend.
Albert Brooks and Megan Fox are also among the cast. Barry Mendel and Clayton Townsend will also produce.
